An avid lover of all things hip-hop, Alexyss is inspired by the DIY ethos of the genre’s early pioneers. Instead of selling mixtapes out of car trunks, she makes things shake on shoestring budgets. She’s able to grind out high-quality scripted content at a pace rivaling your favorite rapper’s legendary mixtape run.

Alexyss specializes in character-driven stories dealing with the dangerous (and hilarious) consequences of ambition when you’re trying to “get it out the mud.” Her directorial debut, Queens Get the Money, is currently in post-production.
